Had a 19 package in total and requested a consolidation in a 36x18x18 box. The heaviest packages "2 packages" were left out and i've got an email saying the size wasn't enough. I received the consolidated box and it was HALF EMPTY. Also been having troubles with my account and been sending endless emails. The replies took forever to arrive in my inbox and NONE of my pointed questions were answered. I had to send almost 11 email to get an answer for THREE questions. Oh yes! and the replies were repetitive, pointless and totally wasted my time. He didn't even try to solve the issue. All of his replies were leading into a dead end. Wasted almost 400 dollars on a consolidation to include all of my packages and now I have to waste another 300 dollar to get my two packages to me.

When queried default bank fees incl in shipping costs (as I had read FAQ and understood wireless transfers did not attract fee, thus processed a deposit via this method) - response was they are two different things and the fees are required due ShipitTo processing freight requests online. I double queried (as this made no sense to me) but got another ambiguous response. Support correspondence was timely, tone was 'to the point' but not rude. Main issue was I left not feeling confident that information provided was accurate - felt it was a little based on (inaccurate) interpretation vs factual. I later realised that wireless transfers get the 4.3% 'bank fee' credited on top of deposit amount, which makes up for the 'default' fees charged per sent package. If you dont know the answer, please do not make it up or just try to blow me off with mumbo jumbo!
